Monitoring of Schools by AEOs
In some districts, AEOs are not visiting 100% of the schools in their centres. You are informed and directed to ensure implementation of the following instructions:
.Monthly monitoring app has already been developed and is now functional.
.Logins of all Assistant Education Officers (AEOs) have also been created.
The reporting of AEOs will be considered against the information of DEAs regarding monitoring of schools.
All the monitoring of schools to be done by MEAs will be treated as Third Party Validation (TPV) reports.
Each AEO will monitor all the primary and elementary schools falling within his respective centre.
Each AEO will visit all the schools falling within his centre at least twice a month.
Under no circumstances will any PST or EST visit the school on behalf of the AEO in this regard.

تمام اسکولوں کی مانیٹرنگ جو MEAs کے ذریعے کی جائے گی، کو تھرڈ پارٹی ویلیڈیشن (TPV) رپورٹس سمجھا جائے گا۔
ہر AEO اپنے متعلقہ مرکز کے اندر آنے والے تمام پرائمری اور ایلیمنٹری اسکولوں کی نگرانی کرے گا۔
ہر AEO اپنے مرکز میں پڑنے والے تمام سکولوں کا مہینے میں کم از کم دو بار دورہ کرے گا۔
