REGISTRATION OF SCRIPT MARKERS FOR ONLINE MARKING OF ANSWER SCRIPTS IN THE SUBJECTS OF MATHEMATICS, URDU, ENGLISH AND SCIENCE FOR GRADE 8 EXAMINATION, 2026
In pursuance of the decision of the Provincial Cabinet taken in its 28th meeting held on 05-08-2025, PECTAA has been mandated to conduct Grade 8 examination on annual basis across the province, through a standardized assessment framework, maintaining uniformity in evaluation and learning outcomes.
- In this regard, PECTAA is scheduled to conduct the Grade 8 examination in the 1st or 2nd week of March 2026. The answer scripts of the said papers shall be marked online by practicing teachers upon completion of mandatory online training. Remuneration to the script markers shall be paid by PECTAA in accordance with the already approved rates.
- In view of the foregoing, you are requested to circulate the letter along with the provided web link to all field formations/schools of your district to facilitate registration of script markers for each subject. The registration shall be strictly based on the following PECTAA criteria:
- Registration of paper marking staff shall be completed through the Online System.
II. Minimum qualification: Graduation in relevant subject.
III. Minimum one (01) year paper marking experience (preferably online marking
of papers). IV. Must possess a computer/laptop (camera/web-cam enabled) with an active internet connection.
V. The IT Unit of PECTAA shall maintain a central database of registered marking staff.
VI. PECTAA shall confirm the registration of marking staff strictly as per the prescribed selection criteria.
VII. The final selection shall be made on the basis of the results of the mock marking exercises.
VIII. The answer scripts of the said papers shall be marked online exclusively by practicing teachers who have successfully completed the mandatory online training.
IX. The online marking must be performed by the registered marker himself/herself. Any deviation from this requirement shall result in blacklisting of the concerned marker.
X. Registration as a Script Marker does not confer a right of selection. PECTAA reserves the right to add or remove any marker from the portal at any stage without assigning any reason.

صوبائی کابینہ کے 5 اگست 2025 کو ہونے والے 28ویں اجلاس کے فیصلے کے مطابق PECTAA کو یہ ذمہ داری سونپی گئی ہے کہ وہ ہر سال پورے صوبے میں جماعت ہشتم کا امتحان ایک یکساں اور معیاری نظام کے تحت منعقد کرے، تاکہ جانچ اور سیکھنے کے نتائج میں یکسانیت برقرار رہے۔
اس سلسلے میں PECTAA مارچ 2026 کے پہلے یا دوسرے ہفتے میں جماعت ہشتم کا امتحان لینے کا ارادہ رکھتا ہے۔ امتحانی پرچوں کی کاپیاں لازمی آن لائن تربیت مکمل کرنے کے بعد حاضر سروس اساتذہ آن لائن چیک کریں گے۔ پیپر چیک کرنے والے اساتذہ کو پہلے سے منظور شدہ ریٹ کے مطابق معاوضہ PECTAA ادا کرے گا۔
لہٰذا آپ سے گزارش ہے کہ یہ خط اور دیا گیا ویب لنک اپنے ضلع کے تمام متعلقہ دفاتر اور سکولوں تک پہنچایا جائے تاکہ ہر مضمون کے لیے پیپر چیک کرنے والے اساتذہ کی رجسٹریشن ہو سکے۔ رجسٹریشن درج ذیل شرائط کے مطابق ہوگی:
- رجسٹریشن صرف آن لائن سسٹم کے ذریعے ہوگی۔
- متعلقہ مضمون میں کم از کم گریجویشن ڈگری ہونا ضروری ہے۔
- کم از کم ایک سال کا پیپر چیک کرنے کا تجربہ ہو (آن لائن چیکنگ کا تجربہ ہو تو بہتر ہے)۔
- امیدوار کے پاس کمپیوٹر یا لیپ ٹاپ (کیمرہ/ویب کیم کے ساتھ) اور فعال انٹرنیٹ کنکشن ہونا ضروری ہے۔
- PECTAA کا آئی ٹی یونٹ رجسٹرڈ اساتذہ کا مرکزی ڈیٹا بیس تیار کرے گا۔
- رجسٹریشن کی تصدیق مقررہ معیار کے مطابق کی جائے گی۔
- حتمی انتخاب موک مارکنگ (پریکٹس چیکنگ) کے نتائج کی بنیاد پر ہوگا۔
- صرف وہی حاضر سروس اساتذہ آن لائن پیپر چیک کر سکیں گے جنہوں نے لازمی آن لائن ٹریننگ کامیابی سے مکمل کی ہو۔
- آن لائن چیکنگ رجسٹرڈ استاد خود کرے گا۔ کسی اور سے چیک کروانے کی صورت میں متعلقہ استاد کو بلیک لسٹ کر دیا جائے گا۔
- صرف رجسٹریشن کر لینے سے انتخاب کا حق حاصل نہیں ہوگا۔ PECTAA کسی بھی مرحلے پر بغیر وجہ بتائے کسی استاد کو شامل یا خارج کرنے کا اختیار رکھتا ہے۔
