Important Notice: 1st Merit List (Admissions 2026)
The First Merit List for Allied Health Sciences (AHS) and Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT) undergraduate programs is now available. This list includes candidates who submitted complete online applications in accordance with Advertisement IPL#6354 (published November 21, 2025). Please check your merit status according to your applied program and category (Open Merit or Reserved Seat
- Mandatory Willingness Email: Candidates listed as “On Merit” who wish to accept admission must confirm their acceptance via email.
Deadline: Friday, December 26, 2025, by 2:00 PM.

Required Format: State your Name, Father’s Name, CNIC, and the one selected program.
Finality of Choice: If you applied for multiple programs and appear on merit in more than one program/category, you must select only one. Once the email is sent, your choice is final. After fee submission, your name will be removed from all other program lists.
Consequence: Failure to send this email and fee results in immediate exclusion from the admission process.
- Fee Submission & Document Verification
Once your willingness is confirmed, KEMU will issue an admission offer and fee challan.
Fee Deadline: December 30, 2025, by 2:30 PM.
In-Person Visit: Candidates or a first-blood relative must visit the Assistant Registrar Office (Room 5) between Dec 24 and Dec 30 (08:30 AM 02:30 PM).
Refund Policy: Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Required Documents (Originals + Photocopies): Submit these following the documents to the university with dues:
Matriculation Certificate/Degree.
F.Se (Pre-Medical) Certificate & Detailed Marks Certificate.
Character Certificate from the last college attended.
Domicile Certificate.
MDCAT Result (Copy).
CNIC of Student & Father (Copies).
Hard copy of the Admission Application Form. (available on your admission portal accounts)
Original Paid Fee Challans (Admission & Tuition).
4 Attested Passport-size photographs (Sky blue background).
Important Terms
Forfeiture: Failure to send the willingness email, pay fees, or submit documents by the deadline will result in immediate exclusion. The seat will be offered to the next candidate on the waiting list.
Errors and Omissions Excepted (E&OE). If a candidate is found ineligible due to the detection of errors, mistakes, or fraud in original credentials or misrepresentation regarding fee submission their admission will be cancelled immediately at any stage. Furthermore, the authorities reserve the right to take strict legal action against such individuals.”
Subsequent Lists: The next merit list will be displayed within 7-8 working days. Lists will continue to be
posted on the website until all seats are filled.
Commencement of Classes: All programs will be conducted at KEMU. The academic session start date will be announced on the website.
