I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to convey that in line with the approval accorded by the Provincial Cabinet vide letter No. SO(CAB-III) 1-80/2026 (Circulation/A) dated 22.02.2026, the Competent Authority has directed for the issuance of hiring orders of STIs w.e.f. 24.02.2026 to 31.05.2026 of the selected candidates on the portal on 24.02.2026, under the School Teacher Internship Program, 2024.

2. I am, therefore, directed to request you to take further necessary action,

A copy is forwarded for information & necessary action to:

1. The Director General (Monitoring), School Education Department, Punjab, Lahore with the request to ensure hiring of STIs as per need already identified by Monitoring Wing on the basis of data on SIS.
2. Directors Public Instructions (SE/EE) with the request to comprehensively oversee the hiring process and submit district-wise and school-wise data of hired STIs (continued and newly hired categorically) as per their relevant domain.
3. All the Chief Executive Officers (DEAs), Punjab with the request to ensure timely issuance of hiring orders and joining of STIs strictly on merit under law/rule/policy.
