1️⃣ Voluntary Retirement
Now a government employee:
Completes 25 years of service
Or
Reachs the age of 55
Then he can retire —
But the condition is that whichever is later.
What does this mean?
Example:
If someone has completed 25 years of service but is 50 years old → then he cannot retire immediately.
He will have to wait until the age of 55.
If someone turns 55 but has 23 years of service → then he will also not retire immediately.
He will have to complete 25 years of service.
That is, now both conditions have become almost mandatory.
2️⃣ Compulsory Retirement
If the government forcibly retires an employee, then:
At least 20 years of service should be completed.
3️⃣ In case of corruption / corruption
If someone is accused of corruption or mismanagement:
Action will be taken after completing 20 years of service.
🔹 What does the real purpose of this seem to be?
✔ The government has restricted premature retirement.
✔ Now it is not easy to retire immediately even after completing 25 years.
✔ The age requirement of 55 years has been added.
🔹 What will be the practical effect?
People will no longer be able to sit at home with early pension.
Most employees will have to serve for 55 years.
The government will get experienced employees for a longer period.
1️⃣ رضاکارانہ ریٹائرمنٹ (Voluntary Retirement)
اب کوئی سرکاری ملازم:
25 سال سروس مکمل کرے
یا
55 سال کی عمر کو پہنچ جائے
تو وہ ریٹائر ہو سکتا ہے —
لیکن شرط یہ ہے کہ جو بھی بعد میں ہو (whichever is later)۔
اس کا مطلب کیا ہے؟
مثال:
اگر کسی نے 25 سال سروس تو مکمل کر لی لیکن اس کی عمر 50 سال ہے → تو وہ فوراً ریٹائر نہیں ہو سکتا۔
اسے 55 سال کی عمر تک انتظار کرنا ہوگا۔
اگر کوئی 55 سال کا ہو گیا لیکن اس کی سروس 23 سال ہے → تو وہ بھی فوراً ریٹائر نہیں ہوگا۔
اسے 25 سال سروس مکمل کرنی ہوگی۔
یعنی اب دونوں شرطیں تقریباً لازمی ہو گئیں۔
2️⃣ جبری ریٹائرمنٹ (Compulsory Retirement)
اگر حکومت کسی ملازم کو جبری ریٹائر کرے تو:
کم از کم 20 سال کی قابلِ شمار سروس مکمل ہونی چاہیے۔
3️⃣ بدعنوانی / کرپشن کے کیس میں
اگر کسی پر بدعنوانی یا بدانتظامی کا معاملہ ہو تو:
کارروائی 20 سال سروس مکمل ہونے کے بعد ہوگی۔
🔹 اس کا اصل مقصد کیا لگتا ہے؟
✔ حکومت نے وقت سے پہلے ریٹائرمنٹ کو محدود کر دیا ہے۔
✔ اب 25 سال مکمل کرنے کے بعد بھی فوراً ریٹائر ہونا آسان نہیں۔
✔ 55 سال عمر کی شرط شامل کر دی گئی ہے۔
🔹 عملی اثر کیا ہوگا؟
لوگ اب جلدی پنشن لے کر گھر نہیں بیٹھ سکیں گے۔
زیادہ تر ملازمین کو 55 سال تک سروس کرنی پڑے گی۔
حکومت کو تجربہ کار ملازمین زیادہ عرصہ ملیں گے۔
