IMPORTANT POINTS
Final Merit List Generation of STIs
The system will generate the final merit list of all candidates who applied successfully and were shortlisted for interview, regardless of recommendation status as per policy and applicable rules listed below, even if:

• Obtained zero marks
  OR
• Marks not added on portal.

Rural Selection Priority

1. Same Village, Same Mouza, Same Union Council
2. Neighbouring Village, Same Mouza, Same Union Council
3. Neighbouring Village, Neighbouring Mouza, Same Union Council
4. Neighbouring Village, Other Mouza, Same Union Council
5. Other Village, Other Mouza, Same Union Council
6. Other Village, Neighbouring Mouza, Same Union Council

Formula for Final Selection

Priority (Extract by using rules list) + highest marks and lowest age
Additional points:
Candidates who did not apply properly or had incomplete applications, but paid their challan on or before 26th November, were redressed by the committee, shortlisted, and appeared in the interview or such candidates their marks were not added on the portal, for any reason, by the Head Teachers or mistakenly added zero/less or mistakenly rejected; however, they should be shortlisted.

For such candidates, the Committee (CEOs/DEOs), in coordination with the concerned Head Teacher, will:
– Match the system-generated merit list,
– Make necessary adjustments as per policy, and
– Manually generate a single final merit list.

The single finalized merit list will be published on the noticeboard by the Head teachers after following the above instructions and rules.
Kindly acknowledge these instructions and convey to all concerned Hiring Committees immediately.

اضافی نکات:
وہ امیدواران جنہوں نے درخواست درست طور پر جمع نہ کروائی یا درخواست نامکمل تھی، مگر 26 نومبر تک چالان جمع کروا دیا تھا، اُن کی درخواستوں کو کمیٹی نے ازالہ (Redressal) کرتے ہوئے شارٹ لسٹ کیا اور وہ انٹرویو میں شامل ہوئے؛ یا ایسے امیدواران جن کے نمبر کسی بھی وجہ سے پورٹل پر شامل نہ ہو سکے، یا ہیڈ ٹیچرز کی جانب سے غلطی سے صفر/کم نمبر شامل ہو گئے یا غلطی سے ریجیکٹ ہو گئے—تاہم وہ شارٹ لسٹ ہونے کے اہل تھے۔

ایسے امیدواران کے لیے کمیٹی (CEO/DEO)، متعلقہ ہیڈ ٹیچر کے ساتھ رابطے میں:

سسٹم سے تیار شدہ میرٹ لسٹ کا موازنہ کرے گی،

پالیسی کے مطابق ضروری ترامیم کرے گی، اور

دستی طور پر ایک واحد فائنل میرٹ لسٹ تیار کرے گی۔

تمام ہدایات اور قواعد پر عمل کے بعد، حتمی ایک (Single) میرٹ لسٹ ہیڈ ٹیچرز کی جانب سے نوٹس بورڈ پر آویزاں کی جائے گی۔

براہِ مہربانی ان ہدایات کی وصولی کی تصدیق کریں اور فوری طور پر تمام متعلقہ ہائرنگ کمیٹیوں تک پہنچائیں۔
