HRMS Portal Teaching Practice Analysis Form
Important News for Teachers: Details of Teaching Practice Analysis Form Released!
Lahore (Education Desk): The School Education Department (SED) has enabled the “Teaching Practice Analysis Form” on the HRMS portal to further improve the performance of teachers.
It is mandatory for all teachers to upload a record of their teaching activities on the portal. The important points regarding filling this form are as follows:
✅ Active Title: In this column, you have to enter the name of your ongoing teaching activity or lesson. ✅ Teaching Video: Teachers have to upload a short video of themselves teaching.
Special Note: The size of the video should not exceed 5 MB (use a video compressor to reduce the size). ✅ Activity Picture: A clear picture of the classroom activity must also be uploaded.
Special Note: The size of the picture should be up to 200 KB. ✅ Objective: The aim of this initiative is to digitally preserve teachers’ professional skills and modernize the monitoring system.

لاہور (ایجوکیشن ڈیسک): سکول ایجوکیشن ڈیپارٹمنٹ (SED) کی جانب سے ایچ آر ایم ایس (HRMS) پورٹل پر اساتذہ کی کارکردگی کو مزید بہتر بنانے کے لیے “ٹیچنگ پریکٹس انالیسس فارم” فعال کر دیا گیا ہے۔
تمام اساتذہ کے لیے ضروری ہے کہ وہ اپنی تدریسی سرگرمیوں کا ریکارڈ پورٹل پر اپلوڈ کریں۔ اس فارم کو پر کرنے کے حوالے سے اہم نکات درج ذیل ہیں:
✅ سرگرمی کا عنوان (Active Title): اس کالم میں آپ کو اپنی جاری تدریسی سرگرمی یا سبق کا نام درج کرنا ہوگا۔ ✅ ٹیچنگ ویڈیو (Practice Video): اساتذہ کو اپنی پڑھاتے ہوئے ایک مختصر ویڈیو اپلوڈ کرنی ہوگی۔
خاص نوٹ: ویڈیو کا سائز 5 MB سے زیادہ نہیں ہونا چاہیے (سائز کم کرنے کے لیے ویڈیو کمپریسر کا استعمال کریں)۔ ✅ تصویر (Activity Picture): کلاس روم کی سرگرمی کی ایک واضح تصویر بھی اپلوڈ کرنا لازمی ہے۔
خاص نوٹ: تصویر کا سائز 200 KB تک ہونا چاہیے۔ ✅ مقصد: اس اقدام کا مقصد اساتذہ کی پیشہ ورانہ مہارتوں کو ڈیجیٹل طور پر محفوظ کرنا اور مانیٹرنگ سسٹم کو جدید بنانا ہے۔
