Hardship Transfer Policy 2026

School Education department Hardship Transfer Policy 2026 is as under:

Insertion of clauses V-A & V-B in para 10.3 of Policy.

V-A. When multiple teachers apply for the same post/station under different categories of hardship/compassionate grounds, the sequence of preferences for these categories shall be as follows:

(a) Divorced/Widow/Khula

(b) Differently abled

(c) Medical

(d) Wedlock

(e) Circumstantial single parent

(1) Transfer of female teacher upon her marriage

V-B .

When multiple teachers apply for the same post under the same hardship category, preference shall be given to the candidate having comparatively long distance from the current station of posting to desire station of posting”.

All Transfer orders on hardship grounds shall be issued through SIS portal in term end, except in cases of transfer under category of divorce/khulla and widow.

All transfer orders on hardship grounds shall be issued through SIS Portal throughout the year.

“To ensure merit and transparency, transfers under hardship/compassionate grounds will not be entertained during the general transfer and posting round.”

Serial No. 10 of Schedule-B shall be substituted as under:

For female teacher who have to shift residence (outside Tehsil/District) upon her marriage attested copy of Nikah Nama, CNIC of husband, residential address supported by relevant documents (ownership utility bills).

پالیسی کے پیرا 10.3 میں شق V-A اور V-B کا اندراج۔

V-A جب ایک سے زیادہ اساتذہ ایک ہی پوسٹ/اسٹیشن کے لیے مشکل/شفقت کے مختلف زمروں کے تحت درخواست دیتے ہیں، تو ان زمروں کے لیے ترجیحات کی ترتیب حسب ذیل ہوگی:

(a) طلاق یافتہ/ بیوہ/ خلع

(b) مختلف طور پر قابل

(c) میڈیکل

(d) شادی

(e) حالات سنگل والدین

(f) خاتون ٹیچر کا اس کی شادی پر تبادلہ

V-B جب متعدد اساتذہ ایک ہی مشکل کے زمرے کے تحت ایک ہی پوسٹ کے لیے درخواست دیتے ہیں، تو اس امیدوار کو ترجیح دی جائے گی جو پوسٹنگ کے موجودہ اسٹیشن سے پوسٹنگ کے خواہش مند اسٹیشن تک نسبتاً طویل فاصلہ رکھتے ہوں۔

اس پالیسی کے مطابق اگر ایک ہی پوسٹ کے لیے مختلف کیٹیگریز کے تحت کئی اساتذہ نے ہارڈشپ پر اپلائی کیا ہو تو ترجیحی ترتیب کچھ یوں ہو گی:

1. Divorced / Widow / Khula
2. Differently abled
3. Medical
4. Wedlock
5. Circumstantial single parent
6. Female teacher’s transfer after marriage

اہم نکات:

• آپ کی کیٹیگری Divorce/Khula سب سے پہلے نمبر پر ہے، اس لیے آپ کو ترجیح حاصل ہے۔
• اگر ایک ہی کیٹیگری کے کئی امیدوار ہوں تو جس کا موجودہ پوسٹ سے نئی پوسٹ تک کا فاصلہ زیادہ ہو، اسے ترجیح ملے گی۔
• Divorce/Khula/Widow کیٹیگری کے ٹرانسفر آرڈرز سال بھر جاری ہو سکتے ہیں، صرف ٹرم اینڈ پر نہیں۔

لہٰذا آپ کے کیس میں دونوں صورتوں میں فائدہ ہے:

• کیٹیگری سب سے اعلیٰ ہے
• اگر آپ کا فاصلہ زیادہ ہے تو آپ کو ترجیح دی جائے گی
  نتیجہ: آپ کا ٹرانسفر کافی ممکن ہے، خاص طور پر اگر آپ کی ترجیح والی پوسٹ پر سیٹ خالی ہے۔
