Important News: Major change in the allotment procedure of residences in government colleges of Punjab! 📢
According to a notification issued by the Directorate of Public Instruction (Colleges), Punjab:
✅ Now the authority to allot residences in government colleges will be with the Directorate only.
✅ The previous authority of college principals to make allotments has been abolished.
✅ Details and salary slips of the current residents have been sought from all colleges to verify house rent deductions.
The aim of this decision is to bring transparency in the allotment process and ensure strict adherence to the rules and regulations.

ڈائریکٹوریٹ آف پبلک انسٹرکشن (کالجز) پنجاب کی جانب سے جاری کردہ نوٹیفکیشن کے مطابق:
✅ اب سرکاری کالجز میں رہائش گاہوں (Residences) کی الاٹمنٹ کا اختیار صرف ڈائریکٹوریٹ کے پاس ہوگا۔
✅ کالج پرنسپلز کا الاٹمنٹ کرنے کا سابقہ اختیار ختم کر دیا گیا ہے۔
✅ تمام کالجز سے موجودہ رہائشیوں کی تفصیلات اور تنخواہ کی سلپس طلب کر لی گئی ہیں تاکہ ہاؤس رینٹ کٹوتیوں کی تصدیق کی جا سکے۔
اس فیصلے کا مقصد الاٹمنٹ کے عمل میں شفافیت لانا اور قواعد و ضوابط کی سختی سے پابندی کروانا ہے۔
