Monitoring of Government Schools in Punjab
☑️ It is hereby informed that monitoring visits to government schools are being started from 02 February 2026 (Monday).
☑️ During these visits, special attention will be focused on the following three (03) key performance indicators..!!
Increase in student enrollment
☑️ The efforts made to increase student enrollment from 01 April 2026 till date will be reviewed.
☑️ The information provided in this regard should be verifiable and contain documentary evidence, including comparative admission data and evidence of the steps taken.
Integrated Information System
☑️ The approach, efforts and teamwork adopted by all CEOs, DEOs, Deputy DEOs and AEOs for the upgradation of private schools data on PEP-RIS will be reviewed.
☑️ Special emphasis will be laid on mutual coordination, data uniformity and institutional accountability.
Timely data upload on field visits and SIS
☑️ All DEOs, Deputy DEOs and AEOs will ensure regular school visits and upload data on School Information System (SIS) in real-time during the visits.
☑️ Timely provision, continuity and accuracy of data will be considered as an important component of monitoring.
☑️ It is further directed that the performance during monitoring visits will be reviewed in the light of the above indicators.
☑️ These instructions may be conveyed to all field officers including DEOs, Deputy DEOs, AEOs and heads of institutions under your administrative control so that uniform and strict implementation can be ensured across the district.It is also directed that necessary steps be taken to ensure preparedness and effective implementation both in writing and in spirit...!!
`پنجاب کے سرکاری اسکولوں کی مانیٹرنگ`☑️ موضوع کے حوالے سے مطلع کیا جاتا ہے کہ سرکاری اسکولوں کے دورے برائے مانیٹرنگ بمورخہ 02 فروری 2026 (بروز پیر) سے شروع کیے جا رہے ہیں۔☑️ ان دوروں کے دوران خصوصی توجہ درج ذیل تین (03) اہم کارکردگی کے اشاریوں پر مرکوز ہوگی۔۔!! `طلبہ کے داخلوں میں اضافہ`☑️ 01 اپریل 2026 سے تاحال طلبہ کے داخلوں میں اضافے کے لیے کی جانے والی کوششوں کا جائزہ لیا جائے گا۔☑️ اس سلسلے میں دی جانے والی معلومات قابلِ تصدیق اور دستاویزی شواہد پر مشتمل ہونی چاہئیں، جن میں تقابلی داخلہ اعداد و شمار اور کیے گئے اقدامات کے ثبوت شامل ہوں۔ `مربوط معلوماتی نظام (Integrated Information System)`☑️ تمام CEOs، DEOs، ڈپٹی DEOs اور AEOs کی جانب سے PEP-RIS پر نجی اسکولوں کے ڈیٹا کی اپ گریڈیشن کے لیے اختیار کیے گئے طریقۂ کار، کوششوں اور ٹیم ورک کا جائزہ لیا جائے گا۔☑️ اس میں باہمی ہم آہنگی، ڈیٹا کی یکسانیت اور ادارہ جاتی ذمہ داری پر خصوصی زور دیا جائے گا۔`فیلڈ وزٹس اور SIS پر بروقت ڈیٹا اپ لوڈ`☑️ تمام DEOs، ڈپٹی DEOs اور AEOs باقاعدہ اسکول وزٹس کو یقینی بنائیں گے اور دوروں کے دوران اسکول انفارمیشن سسٹم (SIS) پر حقیقی وقت (Real-Time) میں ڈیٹا اپ لوڈ کریں گے۔☑️ ڈیٹا کی بروقت فراہمی، تسلسل اور درستگی کو جانچ پڑتال کا ایک اہم جزو تصور کیا جائے گا۔☑️ مزید ہدایت کی جاتی ہے کہ مانیٹرنگ دوروں کے دوران کارکردگی کا جائزہ مذکورہ بالا اشاریوں کی روشنی میں لیا جائے گا۔☑️ ان ہدایات کو آپ کے انتظامی کنٹرول میں آنے والے تمام فیلڈ افسران بشمول DEOs، ڈپٹی DEOs، AEOs اور اداروں کے سربراہان تک پہنچایا جائے تاکہ ضلع بھر میں یکساں اور سختی سے عملدرآمد یقینی بنایا جا سکے۔ یہ بھی ہدایت کی جاتی ہے کہ تیاری اور مؤثر عملدرآمد کو تحریر و روح دونوں اعتبار سے یقینی بنانے کے لیے ضروری اقدامات کیے جائیں۔۔۔!!
