Hybrid working model:
Initially implemented for 1 month.
General government offices (with 5 working days): Office 3 days a week, from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, remaining 2 days online.
Services offices (with 6 working days): Office 4 days a week, from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm, remaining 2 days online.
50% rota system implemented in the office, to reduce transportation, fuel and save electricity and resources.
Online attendance:
Online attendance monitoring system established.
Minimum 65% attendance is mandatory for every officer.
Weekly audit records must be prepared, including both office and online working.
Private offices:
50% online working to be started, to save on transportation and electricity.
Weekly record checking is mandatory.
Use of vehicles:
Senior management officers can use combine vehicles due to fuel cut. Field vehicle usage will be audited along with staff.
Use of vehicles for private or family functions is completely prohibited.
In case of violation:
Unnecessary vehicle (family, with children) caught on the road and photo available → 3 months fuel recovery + possibility of vehicle seizure for 3 months.
Fuel energy saving measures:
Ban on use of AC by officers of all grades before 10:30 AM.
50% of the office load should be shifted to solar in 60 days which is proven
Universities, colleges, schools 3 days online work in a week, 3 days visit. Now another 15 days online policy possible
Private offices should start 50% online working so that there is a reduction in the use of transportation fuel and heavy electricity
Markets, shopping centers and functions:
Closed at 930 pm
Weddings/functions only one dish, 200 people, till 10 pm
Electricity and fuel concession report:
Electricity and fuel concession for WAPDA, power distribution companies and other fuel company employees 50% reduction for the next 3 months
Complete control on gas, electricity and fuel expenses next month
Tax and financial measures:
Internet and telephone tax likely to decrease by 2.5%
5% tax increase on purchase and sale of property and vehicles over the current one
Toll tax: Flat Rs 50 increase, computerized collection.
15% discount on railway tickets so that the public prefers railways for 2 to 5 hours of inter-city travel

گاڑیوں کا استعمال نجی یا فیملی فنکشنز پر مکمل پابندی۔
خلاف ورزی کی صورت میں:
روڈ پر غیر ضروری گاڑی (فیملی، بچوں کے ساتھ) پکڑی گئی اور تصویر موجود ہو → 3 ماہ کے فیول ریکوری + 3 ماہ کے لیے گاڑی ضبطی کا امکان۔
فیول توانائ بچت کے اقدامات:
صبح 10:30 سے پہلے ہر گریڈ کے افسران پر AC کے استعمال پر پابندی۔
60 دن میں 50 فیصد آفس کا لوڈ سولر پر شفٹ کیا جائے جو ثابت شدہ ہو
یونیورسٹیز، کالجز، اسکول ہفتہ میں 3 دن آن لائن کام، 3 دن آمد. ابھی مزید 15 دن آن لائن پالیسی ممکن
پرائیویٹ دفاتر 50٪ آن لائن ورکنگ شروع کریں تاکہ آمدورفت فیول و ہیوی بجلی کے استعمال میں کمی ہو۔

اگلےماہ گیس، بجلی و فیول اخراجات پر مکمل قابو
ٹیکس اور مالی اقدامات:
انٹرنیٹ و ٹیلیفون ٹیکس میں 2.5٪ کمی کا امکان
پراپرٹی اور گاڑیوں کی خرید و فروخت پر موجودہ پر 5٪ ٹیکس اضافہ
ٹول ٹیکس: فلیٹ 50 روپے اضافہ، کمپیوٹرائزڈ کلیکشن۔
ریلوے ٹکٹوں پر15٪ رعایت تاکہ عوام 2 سے 5گھنٹے انٹر سٹی سفر میں ریلوے کو ترجیح دیں
