A very big decision of the Punjab government. Major powers have been taken away from the Patwaris. The Board of Revenue has taken away the power of transfer of land from the Patwaris. Now the Patwaris are only left with the recovery of land and providing records in the court.Under the new procedure, the petitioner will receive the land from the Land Record Center or e-Sahulat Center, later he will get a regular registry written by the stamp dealer and the petitioner will present all his documents to the Tehsildar and the Tehsildar will approve this registry within a day. No witnesses are required.
حکومت پنجاب کا بہت ہی بڑا فیصلہ۔ پٹواریوں سے بڑے بڑے اختیارات واپس لے لیے گئے۔ پٹواری سے بیع کی فرد۔انتقال کا اختیار بورڈ آف ریونیو نے واپس لے لیا اب پٹواری کے پاس صرف ریکوری گرداوری اور عدالت میں ریکارڈ فراہم کرنا باقی رہ گیا ۔نئے طریقہ کار کے تحت سائل اراضی ریکارڈ سنٹر یا ای سہولت مرکز سے فرد بیع وصول کرے گا بعد ازاں اشٹام فروش سے باقاعدہ رجسٹری تحریر کروائے گا اور تحصیلدار کے پاس سائل اپنی تمام تر دستاویزات پیش کرے گا اور تحصیلدار ایک دن کے اندر اس رجسٹری کو پاس کرے گا گواہان کی ضرورت نہ ہے
