DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION REGARDING “CM PUNJAB NATIONAL MARATHON CYCLING RACE 2026” IN PUBLIC & PRIVATE SCHOOLS ACROSS PUNJAB
I am directed to enclose herewith a copy of letter No.AS(S)DGS/1-66/2023/NMCR26 dated 14.04.2026 received from Directorate General Sports & Youth Affairs Punjab / Sports Board Punjab on the above captioned subject.
- I am further directed to state that Directorate General Sports & Youth Affairs Punjab /Sports Board Punjab is organizing “CM Punjab National Marathon Cycling Race 2026” on 19th April, 2026 (Sunday) at Liberty roundabout Lahore. In order to ensuring the maximum participation, Directorate General Sports & Youth Affairs Punjab / Sports Board Punjab has sought facilitation from School Education Department participation of students from Both Public and Private Sectors in the following event. Sport Board Punjab has further requested for active participation of the students, children and families, for which Sports Board Punjab has generated QR code for online registration of the participating members available in their letter referred to above. The detail of events is as under.

1 Km Family Fun Race
1 Km Wheelchair Race
- In view of the above, I am directed to request you to disseminate these instructions /directions amongst field formation including Principals / Heads of institutions (both Public & Private Schools) working under administrative control of your respective jurisdiction for wider publicity and ensuring maximum participation to this flagship initiative of the Chief Minister Punjab.
