- I am directed to state that School Education Department desired to promote digital literacy. and technology integration among school students, enhancing their skills and preparing them for the digital age. The Competent Authority has declared the theme of the month as “Digital Literacy and Technology Integration” to celebrate during the Month of April-2026. Following activities and events in Public Schools across Punjab shall be arranged by involving Parents, Teachers and Community Members, promoting a collaborative effort to arrange and organize it in a befitting manner:

Students Training

Teachers provide basic trainings to students on technology integration and digital literacy, enhancing their skills and confidence.
Al Awareness Sessions
Conduct an introductory session on AI, its application and future implications.
Organize a discussion on Al ethics, exploring topics like bias, fairness and accountability.
Digital Literacy Quiz
Conduct a Quiz Competition among students on digital literacy, covering topics like online safety, digital etiquette and technology basics.
Digital Storytelling
Encourage students to create digital stories using multimedia tools, promoting creativity and communication skills.
Digital Art Competition
Conduct a digital Art Competition using graphic design software, promoting creativity and digital skills.
Digital Citizenship Workshop
Organize a workshop on online safety, cyberbullying and digital etiquette.
Tech Fair Symposium
Host Tech Fair Symposiums where students showcase their digital projects, such as apps, games and websites.
Online Safety Awareness
Organize an awareness campaign on online safety, phishing, and password management.
Coding Challenges
Conduct a coding competition for students to develop problem-solving skills and creativity.
