ENHANCED FACILITY TO UPDATE THE DEPLOYED STAFF AND ADDITION OF BANK DETAILS ON CLUSTER MANAGEMENT PORTAL

Reference to the subject captioned.

  1. I am directed to communicate that the Cluster Management Portal regarding Grade 8 Examination 2026 has been enhanced by including the following additional features for improved data accuracy:
  2. DEAs can now update the details of deployed staff within their respective districts to ensure accurate placement records.

II. The system now allows entry and updating of bank account information for the disbursement of remuneration of duty performed regarding conduct of Grade 8 Examination 2026 through banks, enabling improved financial coordination.

III. DEAs may update students’ credentials (Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth) in the system to maintain accurate student records.

  1. All CEOs (DEAs) are requested to utilize these newly added facilities and ensure that the relevant data is updated promptly and accurately.
  2. Your cooperation in this regard will be highly appreciated.
