ENSURING UPLOADING OF SCHOOL-BASED ASSESSMENT DATA FOR FINAL TERM 2025-26
This is with reference to SED’s letter No. 50(ER-I)1-19/2018 dated 30th January 2026, regarding instructions for the School-Based Assessment 2025-26. As the SBA Final Term 2025-26 has now been conducted across the province, all assessment data must be uploaded to the School Information System (SIS) without delay. The timely availability of this data is critical for monitoring student learning outcomes and ensuring evidence-based decision-making for ongoing reform initiatives, most notably the GRADES Project.
- In this regard, all Chief Executive Officers (DEAS) are hereby directed to ensure that the results of the SBA Final Term 2025-26 are uploaded to the SIS portal positively by March 31, 2026, without fall. It is further directed to ensure 100% completeness and accuracy of the uploaded data, and take immediate corrective measures in case of any pendency.
- Foregoing in view, you are directed to treat this matter as MOST URGENT and ensure strict compliance within the stipulated timeline.
