Laptop Distribution Process under the Prime Minister’s Laptop Scheme 2026
Respected Focal Persons,
As per the directions of HEC, the laptop distribution process under the Prime Minister’s Laptop Scheme will commence from Tuesday, 24th February 2026 to Friday, 27th February 2026 at UA&FAO, SSC Block, University of Gujrat
All Focal Persons are requested to kindly disseminate this information among the selected students and ensure that they collect their laptops strictly according to the attached schedule.
Students are required to bring the following documents at the time of collection:
Original CNIC along with one copy
Copy of paid fee challan of Spring 2026
Transcript of Fall 2024, duly attested by the concerned Departmental Focal Person
Important Note: The transcript must clearly reflect the CGPA of Fall 2024, and it must be the same as recorded on the PM Laptop Scheme portal while applying.
All Focal Persons are further requested to remain present during the distribution of laptops for their respective departments to maintain discipline and ensure smooth conduct of the process.
