SELECTION PROCEDURE
Applications are invited against these posts on temporary basis, non-transferable and conferring no right for regularization.
Apply online on Central Testing Service (CTS)
website www.ctspak.com or link available at ESD website www.rescue.gov.pk latest by 05-03-2026 and send APPLICATION FORMS by post to Central Testing Service.
Only completely filled applications fulfilling the complete criteria shall be accepted. Any communication shall be made through CTS & ESD websites.

Written & psychological tests and Physical tests shall be held at designated places.
List of qualifying candidates shall be displayed on CTS & ESD websites after each process.
Final Interview shall be conducted at the Emergency Services Headquarters at Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore.
At the time of interview, candidate shall submit a medical report issued by the Government Teaching Hospital or DHQ Hospital regarding their physical examination (height, weight, chest, eyesight and physical deformities) and laboratory tests for Hepatitis B&C, HIV and RPR.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any person with vision less than 6/6 each eye (without glasses) and color blind, obesity with BMI 30 or above and Hepatitis B & C. HIV and RPR positive shall be shortlisted at any stage.
In case of the large number of applicants, only applications with preferred/enhanced criteria shall be considered.
Candidates are directed to apply only for one suitable post; however appropriate candidate may be adjusted against other sultable post on recommendation of the Recruitment Committee. Department may increase or decrease posts depending on availability.
No relaxation in age or qualification (Army/Civil). However, the employee of Emergency Services Department shall be given 5 years age relaxation in upper age limit only for administrative posts.
Preference will be given to the candidates with height more than 5.6″. Whereas minimum chest size will be 33″.
Local residents as per CNIC will be given preference.
5% quota for minorities & 15% quota for females shall be reserved. Shemales can also apply.
Candidates have to justify their eligibility as per advertised criteria as all the documents are accepted provisionally and offer of appointment is subject to verification of documents, Police Verification, Successful completion of training and clearance by the medical board constituted by Government of the Punjab.
Salary shall be given as per the Government Notification/Policy.
